Error codes and recovery

Common Fluere errors and what users or agents should do next.

Common Fluere errors include unauthenticated, forbidden, insufficient CRD, model not found, source unavailable, rate limited, provider timeout, confirmation required, OTP required, and settlement locked.

Recovery order for users and agents

  1. Check whether the account is signed in or Agent Access is valid.
  2. Check whether the Consumer API Key is enabled and is not an Agent Access token.
  3. Check available CRD balance.
  4. Check whether the selected model is available in Models & Pricing.
  5. Check whether the source is out of pool because evaluation expired, failures accumulated, quota was exhausted, or Staff blocked it.
  6. If the response is confirmation_required, ask the user for confirmation before continuing.

Supply-side failures

401/403 usually means key invalid or permission denied; 429/quota means quota or rate limit; 5xx/timeout means upstream instability; model_not_found pauses only the affected model. Pool exit does not automatically release frozen CRD.
